SHIPPING + DELIVERY

At Forget Me Not Candle Co we hand pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

After your order has been placed, you can typically expect it to ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

Working days include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays in US.

We are shipping from Scenic City, Chattanooga, TN and strive for quick delivery locally + across country.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

All orders placed over $125 before tax, shipped to an address within the U.S. are eligible for free shipping. When checking out, choose the “Free shipping” option at checkout and your package will ship ground through either USPS or UPS. Free shipping discount is not valid on previous purchases or with any other promotion or discount. Offer available online only at www.fmncandlecompany.com.

STANDARD RETURNS

We take pride in our soy products as we believe they are amazing.

However, we understand that buying things online can be daunting, especially for the first time, that is why at FMN Candle Co. , we're keeping it simple + relaxed for our wonderful customers by offering free 14 day exchanges to keep things risk free.

If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Guaranteed!

If an exchange is not what you'd prefer,

Any unburned candle (with the exception of sales items) can be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving it! Please return eligible items to the address below with your Order #, Name, Reason for the return and your packing slip if included. (If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your return) We will email you confirmation once we receive the product and process your refund.

EXCHANGES

Although we work diligently to provide accurate scent descriptions for each of our fragrances, hey, we get it! Shopping online for a new fragrance product, such as candles, can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming. This is why we have created a top selling Discovery Kit which allows you to explore 5 vegan-curated fragrances in a variety of scent classifications to try before committing.

However, for a risk free shopping experience, we have also taken the steps necessary to provide free exchanges on any unburned, non-discounted, full-sized candles that may not be exactly what you had imagined! We understand that not every fragrance will be perfect for everyone, our pallets are all different. We are proud to be able to say that you can exchange your unused candle for a different scent within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with your name, order number, the fragrance that you are requesting to exchange and the scent you are wanting and you will receive further return instructions from us within 24 hours!

INCORRECT OR MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCT

If you have received a malfunctioning, or incorrect item, we will happily offer a replacement discount to replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help by emailing us with your name, phone number and order number within 7 days of receiving your product and we shall contact you within 24 hours.

Before submitting a return request, we ask that you reference our blog posts regarding candle care if there are any concerns with the performance of your candle. Many candle issues can be addressed with simple fixes that you will find there!

If you are returning an incorrect order due to an error from us, we are sincerely sorry + we just ask that you use the postage emailed to you to send back the incorrect item(s) + we will immediately send you the correct order for you!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your friends/family members + neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service.

SAFETY

Never leave children or animals alone in a room with candles that are lit or still hot. Liquid candle wax can inflict serious burns. Keep burning candles out of reach of children.

Never leave burning candles unattended.

Never blow a candle out with a hard 'puff' as this is likely to blow hot wax over the surface beneath or could cause excess burnt parts of the wick to detach. Make sure that no one is near the candle if you choose to blow to extinguish. Always blow gently. We recommend using a snuffer or dipping the wick to extinguish.

Always read and follow the instructions and remove packaging and decorations before lighting.

Keep candles that are lit well apart and make sure that they are supported and remain upright.

Keep candles away from sunlight or other sources of heat.

Keep candles out of draughts when they are lit.

Trim the wicks to about 1/4" before re-lighting, this should avoid smoking and irregular burning.

Do not try to move lit candles - they will be hot and may burn you. Except in an emergency do not extinguish one of these candles until the surface has turned liquid.

Never attempt to extinguish a candle with water.

TIPS

If you spill candle wax onto a polished or other smooth surface we suggest you allow it to cool and solidify before attempting to lift it off using a wooden or plastic utensil. You can use warm soapy water to remove our natural soy wax if it spills.

Most candles should be burned 3-4 hours at a time to avoid tunneling of wax. Allow the wax to liquify and pool on top before you gently blow it out.
