STANDARD RETURNS

Any unburned candle (with the exception of sales items) can be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving it! Please return eligible items to the address below with your Order #, Name, Reason for the return and your packing slip if handy. (If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your return) We will email you confirmation once we receive the candle and process your refund.

EXCHANGES

Although we work diligently to provide accurate scent descriptions for each of our fragrances, hey, we get it! Shopping online for a new fragrance product, such as candles, can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming. This is why we have created a top selling Discovery Kit which allows you to explore 5 vegan-curated fragrances in a variety of scent classifications to try before committing.

However, for a risk free shopping experience, we have taken the steps necessary to provide free exchanges on any unburned, non-discounted, full-sized candles that may not be exactly what you had imagined!  We understand that not every fragrance will be perfect for everyone, our pallets are all different. We are proud to be able to say that you can exchange your unused candle for a different scent within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with your name, order number, the fragrance that you are requesting to exchange and the scent you are wanting to receive and you will receive further return instructions from us within 24 hours!

 

INCORRECT OR MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCT

 If you have received a malfunctioning, or incorrect item, we will happily offer a replacement discount to replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help by emailing us with your name, phone number and order number  within 7 days of receiving your product and we shall contact you within 24 hours.

Before submitting a return request, we ask that you reference our blog posts regarding candle care if there are any concerns with the performance of your candle. Many candle issues can be addressed with simple fixes that you will find there!

If you are returning an incorrect order due to an error from us, we are sincerely sorry + we just ask that you use the postage emailed to you to send back the incorrect item(s) + we will immediately send you the correct order for you!

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your friends/family members + neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service.
