RETURNS POLICY

At Forget Me Not Candle Co, our goal is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. That's why, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on a case by case basis up to 7 days after delivery. You must return the goods in the condition that you received them and postage for returns will be the responsibility of the person returning the item . We shall not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition.

Please email us with your name, phone number and order number and we shall contact you within 24 hours.

Before submitting a return request, we ask that you reference our blog posts regarding candle care if there are any concerns with the performance of your candle. Many candle issues can be addressed with simple fixes that you will find there!

HOW TO RETURN ITEM/S IF APPROVED:
Within 7 business days of receipt of your order send the unused item/s along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. (If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your return). Depending on your reason for returning, you will not be refunded any original delivery charges. Please allow 5 business days once your parcel is received for us to process your return:

Things happen, if you are returning an incorrect order due to an error from us, we just ask that you use the postage emailed to you to send back the incorrect items + we will immediately send you the correct order!

Unfortunately, we can not accept return requests for lost or damaged parcels as this is the responsibility of the carrier and must be handled with your local post office.
